Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 4, 2026

Welcome to Pepper-West.com. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchases, registrations, bookings, or other transactions made through it.

By accessing this website or purchasing a product, ticket, service, or other offering through Pepper-West.com, you agree to these Terms.

About This Website

Pepper-West.com is the official website of Pepper West and may be used to provide information about performances, productions, events, merchandise, services, and other activities associated with Pepper West and Pepper’s Popcorn & Pasties.

The website is hosted through Wix and may use Wix or other third-party providers for payment processing and other services.

Purchases and Payments

Products, tickets, services, and other offerings may be available for purchase through Pepper-West.com.

By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information necessary to process the transaction.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and fees may be added to the purchase price when required.

Payments may be processed by Wix Payments or another third-party payment processor. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy policies.

Pepper West reserves the right to refuse or cancel a transaction when reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment errors, incorrect pricing, product or ticket availability, or other circumstances affecting the ability to fulfill the transaction.

Event Tickets

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, all event ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.

Please verify the event date, time, location, age restrictions, and other event information before completing your purchase.

Failure to attend an event does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.

Tickets may not be refunded because of scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, weather conditions that do not result in cancellation of the event, failure to meet venue admission requirements, or removal from an event for violation of venue or event policies.

Event Cancellation

If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will generally be eligible for a refund of the ticket price paid.

Any original processing, platform, service, or transaction fees that cannot be recovered from the applicable service provider may be excluded from the refund to the extent permitted by law.

Rescheduled Events

If an event is rescheduled, tickets will generally remain valid for the new date.

Additional information regarding refunds, exchanges, or other options for a rescheduled event will be provided when applicable.

Event Admission and Conduct

Admission to an event may be subject to venue rules, age requirements, identification requirements, and event-specific policies.

Pepper West and participating venues reserve the right to refuse admission or remove a guest when reasonably necessary for safety, disruptive behavior, harassment, intoxication, violation of event policies, or conduct that interferes with performers, staff, or other guests.

Removal from an event for violation of applicable venue or event policies does not entitle the guest to a refund.

Age Restrictions

Some Pepper West or Pepper’s Popcorn & Pasties performances may contain adult themes, partial nudity, strong language, or other mature content.

Age restrictions may vary by event and venue. Any applicable age requirement will be identified in the event listing or ticket information.

Purchasers are responsible for reviewing age requirements before purchasing tickets.

Merchandise

If physical merchandise is offered through Pepper-West.com, product descriptions, sizing information, pricing, and availability will be displayed on the applicable product page.

Unless a product is identified as final sale, requests for returns or exchanges should be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Returned merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain merchandise may be designated as final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.

Customized, personalized, made-to-order, clearance, or otherwise designated final-sale merchandise is nonrefundable unless it arrives damaged or defective.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact Pepper West as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the order.

You may be asked to provide photographs or other information necessary to document the issue.

When appropriate, Pepper West may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or other reasonable resolution.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Pepper West is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Services and Bookings

Separate terms, contracts, deposits, cancellation policies, or other requirements may apply to performance bookings, private events, production services, or other professional services offered by Pepper West.

When a separate written agreement applies to a service or booking, the terms of that agreement will control in the event of a conflict with these general website Terms.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.

The time required for a refund to appear in your account may depend on the payment processor and your financial institution.

Processing fees or other third-party fees may be nonrefundable when those amounts are not returned to Pepper West by the applicable provider, to the extent permitted by law.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a transaction was made in error or have a concern about a purchase, please contact Pepper West before initiating a payment dispute so there is an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law or through your card issuer or financial institution.

Performer Submissions

Pepper-West.com may provide opportunities for performers or other artists to submit acts, concepts, videos, photographs, links, or other materials for consideration.

By submitting materials, you represent that you have the right to provide those materials for the intended purpose.

Submission does not guarantee selection, employment, compensation, participation in a production, or any other opportunity.

Unless otherwise agreed, submitting materials for consideration does not transfer ownership of your original creative work to Pepper West.

Unless otherwise indicated, the content of Pepper-West.com, including its branding, logos, graphics, website copy, photographs, promotional materials, show branding, and original designs, is owned by or used with permission by Pepper West.

User-Submitted Content

If you voluntarily provide photographs, videos, testimonials, reviews, or other content for publication or promotional use, any permission to use that content will be governed by the authorization provided at the time of submission or by a separate agreement when applicable.

Submitting performer materials for casting or consideration alone does not constitute permission for Pepper West to publicly publish or commercially use those materials.

Pepper-West.com may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services, including ticketing platforms, social media platforms, payment processors, forms, venues, and other service providers.

Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Website Availability and Accuracy

Reasonable efforts are made to keep information on Pepper-West.com accurate and current.

However, event details, performers, schedules, prices, product availability, venue information, and other website content may occasionally change.

Pepper West reserves the right to correct errors, update information, modify offerings, or discontinue website content or services when necessary.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pepper West will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase or use of products, tickets, or services offered through it.

Your continued use of the website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
